Website design and SEO for construction firms.

A site that looks like you, and customers who find it.

A website is worth nothing if nobody finds it, and good rankings are worth nothing if they land visitors on a page that does not say what you do. We handle both together: the site, the trade content that makes it rank, the Google listing that catches local search, and paid search for when organic is too slow.

From the search to the signed quote.

Five stages, and any one of them can cancel the one before: a fast site that does not rank, first place on a query nobody types, a form nobody fills in.

01

Audit

What you rank for today, what your three closest competitors rank for, what your customers actually type. We start from figures, not hunches.

02

Website

Structure, design, copy, launch. Fast, readable on a site phone, and built to be indexed rather than to win an award.

03

Trade content

Trade pages, location pages, documented project case studies. Content is what lifts a page, not the design.

04

Local SEO

Google Business Profile, reviews, photos, service area. A good share of construction enquiries is decided on the map, not on the blue links.

05

Measurement & Ads

Enquiry tracking with its source, then Google Ads wherever organic will take six months to arrive.

What jams, and where.

Nobody finds you

You are on page two for your own trade and nowhere for the towns you work in. The enquiry goes to the firm down the road whose Google listing is current.

The site is eight years old

Slow on mobile, project photos from another decade, a form that reaches nobody. A customer comparing three firms drops the one whose website looks abandoned.

The site does not say what you do

Three generic lines and an address. No work, no references, no service area: nothing for Google to index and nothing for a customer to believe.

Nobody knows what it returns

No tracking on incoming enquiries. There is no way to say whether the last supplier achieved anything — so no way to decide a budget.

Four levers, held together.

Sold apart they contradict each other: a site with no content does not rank, content with no Google listing misses local search, and ads pointing at a silent page burn the budget.

New site or rebuild

Structure, design, copy, launch, hosting. Light, fast on a site connection, and built to last without an agency behind it.

Organic and local SEO

Technical structure, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, Google Business Profile, reviews, a declared service area.

Trade content written for you

Trade pages, location pages, project case studies. Written in your vocabulary, checked by you, published at a pace you can hold.

Google Ads and measurement

Campaigns on intent queries, tracking on incoming enquiries, and one figure a month: how many, from where, for what spend.

Frequently asked questions

How long before SEO shows results?

The site and the Google listing move local search within weeks. Organic rankings on trade queries take months — three to six depending on how contested your area is. That gap is exactly what Google Ads is for: we run it while organic climbs, then wind it down.

Who owns the site and the accounts?

You do. The domain, the hosting, the code, the copy, the Google Ads account and the Google Business Profile are all in your name. If you stop working with us you leave with all of it — the same reversibility rule we apply to our software.

Do we need a blog?

Rarely in that form. What ranks in construction is trade pages, pages for the towns you serve, and documented project case studies — not news posts. One job told properly, with its photos and its constraints, is worth ten blog articles.

We already have a site — does it all have to go?

Not necessarily, and the audit is there to say so. If the structure and the speed are sound we keep the site and work on content and local presence. A rebuild is only justified when the site itself is what stops SEO from working.

Is this tied to your software?

No, the two are bought separately. But when a firm takes both, the chain closes: the enquiry lands in the quoting tool instead of an inbox, and you can see what each euro of acquisition produced in signed quotes.
